Anjana brings a unique recruitment perspective to Ascension Search Partners, having worked both internally, for one of the fastest-growing insurance companies in the country, and now in executive search.

 Anjana has time and again shown her drive to succeed, working her way up the ranks to overseeing a team of 20 recruiters in less than 5 years. In this leadership role, she was able to deliver best practices in talent acquisition and retention as the company completed a successful IPO. Anjana joined the Ascension Search Partners team in 2023, bringing her tenacity and enthusiasm to the Dallas Executive Search team, with a focus on placing Accounting & Finance executives, including Controllers, CFOs, and FP&A Leaders in the DFW market and beyond.

 Anjana brings a personalized and dedicated approach to the recruitment process. With an uncanny knack for matching not only technical skills but a true personality fit, she is able to discern the best fit for clients and candidates, not only on paper but taking a holistic view of the match as well.

 Anjana was born and raised in the Dallas area. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, completing her Bachelors degree with a 3.8 GPA. Outside of recruiting, Anjana enjoys spending time with three pups, trying new restaurants, and avoiding ski resorts like the plague.
