Emma is the Chief Financial Officer at Ascension Search Partners, where she combines over 20 years of accounting and financial leadership experience with a passion for helping companies scale.

A Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas, Emma began her career with PwC and advanced through senior audit roles at McGladrey (now RSM) and KHA Accountants, PLLC. Her expertise spans GAAP compliance, financial statement preparation, and audit management, and she has a proven track record of guiding businesses through growth and transformation. Emma holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Information Systems & Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
