Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Administrative and Operations Assistant for an international business coaching company, where she specialized in transforming complex manual tasks into streamlined digital workflows that enhance the business’ overall efficiency and scalability. This experience, combined with her earlier career as an Executive Recruitment Consultant, allows Fionna to design operational solutions that are both highly efficient and deeply aligned with the practical, high-stakes needs of recruiters and clients alike.
