Prior to Ascension, Kristy spent nearly four years at a boutique recruitment firm, where she excelled in recruiting across a wide spectrum of tax specialties. This includes International Tax Planning, Transfer Pricing, Tax Accounting, Federal and International Compliance, State & Local Tax, and Indirect Taxes. Her extensive client list features prominent companies such as Amazon, Cisco, Tesla, and Salesforce, demonstrating her capability to meet diverse hiring needs in today’s global economy.

Kristy also boasts a solid background in technology, spanning tenure at blue chip Fortune 500 organizations including PayPal and Hewlett-Packard.
