Prior to her career in search, Lindsey spent several years in corporate finance, holding roles in FP&A and financial strategy at well-regarded companies such as Mattel, Hunt Consolidated, and ConocoPhillips. Her background as a finance professional allows her to bring a unique and credible perspective to her search work, understanding not just the technical skills required for each role, but also the leadership qualities and business acumen that drive long-term success.
