Lucy Lorenzo is a dedicated executive search professional who has spent over 12 years in the recruitment business, for both a global, publicly-traded search firm in Japan, and a Forbes Top 5 ranked national search firm in Dallas, Texas.

Born and raised in the UK, Lucy spent several years working for Tokyo’s largest foreign owned recruitment firm placing Accounting and Audit professionals for the financial services industry, including investment banks, hedge funds and insurance companies. Arriving in the USA in 2009, Lucy continued her focus on Accounting and Finance search for Fortune 500 and middle market clients across a variety of industries. A ten year President’s Club award recipient, Lucy consistently received numerous additional accolades including Platinum Elite (top 10% in the company). Prior to her career in executive search, Lucy lived and worked in Paris, France as an employee of The Walt Disney Company.

Having lived and worked across Europe, Asia and North America, Lucy brings a global perspective to the talent acquisition process and understands the impact of international business affairs and different corporate cultural nuances. Lucy’s strengths are a methodical and thorough approach to the recruiting process, leveraging all technologies to get the best results for clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Lucy is the Regional Alumni Leader for her alma mater, King’s College London; ranked as one of the Top 35 universities in the world. She also serves as the Welcome Committee Chairperson for her HOA Board in Plano. In her free time, Lucy enjoys studying Spanish, visiting family in England and Argentina, and spending time with her husband and young son.
