Meagan is an executive search professional specializing in talent acquisition and client service, with a track record of delivering high-quality recruiting solutions across diverse industries. She takes a relationship-driven approach, partnering closely with clients and candidates to drive successful, long-term placements.

Prior to joining Ascension Search Partners, Meagan was with a boutique recruiting firm, most recently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition Services. During her tenure, she advanced quickly through multiple roles, gaining experience across full-cycle recruiting, talent management, and client delivery. She is recognized for her ability to manage searches efficiently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Earlier in her career, Meagan held client-facing roles with UBS and Morgan Stanley, where she developed a strong service-oriented mindset while supporting a sophisticated client base in fast-paced, high-performance environments. This foundation continues to inform her approach to executive search, with an emphasis on responsiveness, precision, and execution.

Meagan is known for her collaborative style, clear communication, and commitment to delivering the right fit for both clients and candidates. She brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every search, aligning organizational needs with candidate goals.

Outside of work, Meagan enjoys spending time with her four children, cooking, and teaching Pilates as a part-time instructor. She is a proud TCU alumna (“Go Frogs!”) and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, and enjoys following sports—especially cheering on her kids in basketball and tennis.
