Throughout her career, Nice has successfully supported recruitment consultants on searches from mid-level to senior leadership roles, including Controllers, CFOs, and Tax professionals, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She is passionate about fostering strong candidate experiences and providing added value to clients to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Before joining Ascension Search Partners, Nice served as a Senior Recruiter and Team Lead at an executive search firm, specializing in accounting, finance, and leadership placements. Her role extended to HR consulting services such as compensation analysis, talent profiling, and industry-specific presentations.

Nice holds a bachelor’s degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with a major in Corporate Communications and a minor in Psychology.
