Before joining Ascension, Nice was a Senior Recruiter and Team Lead at an executive search firm, also providing HR consulting on compensation, talent profiling, and industry insights. She is passionate about creating smooth, positive experiences for candidates and clients alike.

Nice holds a bachelor’s degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies, majoring in Corporate Communications with a minor in Psychology. Thoughtful, detail-oriented, and collaborative, she thrives on helping organizations find exceptional talent and helping candidates find their next career move.

Outside of work, Nice enjoys traveling, getting lost in a good book, and enthusiastically taste-testing her way through new cuisines.
