We provide full candidate profile summaries, regular updates on the search process, market research and personality tool assessments along the way, to ensure strong viable candidates. We meet every candidate that we present, either in person or via online technology, and give you candidate exclusivity. We perform assessments, reference checks, and any other assessment tool requests as approved during the search. We are with you every step of the way.

In our flat fee model, the cost of the search is carefully evaluated and agreed upon before the commencement of the search. You receive the most qualified candidate for the best price. The fee is due at the beginning of the search.
